No. Tapping works on nearly every iPhone and Android phone made since 2018, and cards with a printed QR code work for any phone that doesn't tap. Nothing to download, nothing to sign up for.
You change where the card points, and every card you've ever handed out follows. The chip holds one permanent link whose destination you control, so the card itself never goes out of date.
Printed if your logo has color, gradients or a photo — full-color UV printing carries all of it. Engraved if you want the weight and feel of metal or the warmth of wood. We can also engrave and print on the same piece.
Wood is warm and light and engraves into the grain; it suits trades, outdoors and hospitality. Metal is blackened aluminum with a bright silver reveal where the laser cuts. It feels more substantial in the hand, and it's the one people tend to keep on their desk.
Yes — that's the normal case, not an upcharge. Send whatever artwork you have and we'll prepare it for print or engraving. Design on our template is included, and you see a proof before anything is made.
Every card is made to order in La Crosse. Single cards and small sets are usually done within a few days of proof approval; larger runs are quoted with a date up front.
Every piece is custom made, so we don't accept returns. If there's a flaw in the design or a defect in the product, we'll replace it at no charge. Orders ship USPS Ground Advantage, and shipping is calculated by destination.
No. Editing where your card points is free, forever. An optional Pro plan at $6 a month adds tap analytics and lead capture, but your card never stops working without it.
